Ticket terms

What you buy

A seat at an event held at DODA5, on the date and time written on the event page. The price shown is the final price, in lei. What the price includes is listed on each event page.

How you pay

By card, on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Your card details never reach us and we do not keep them. You get a confirmation by email from Stripe, and an invoice if you need one.

The ticket

The confirmation email is your ticket. No need to print it. At the door, give the name you bought it with. If you are coming with someone, buy the number of seats you need on the same page.

If you change your mind

Tell us by email or WhatsApp. If you do it at least 48 hours before the event, we refund everything, to the same card, within 14 days.

After that we cannot refund, because the food and the wine are already ordered. The ticket still works for someone else: tell us who is coming in your place and that is fine.

If we cancel

It rarely happens, but it can. Then you choose: a full refund within 14 days, or the same ticket for the next edition.

Why the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply

For leisure services tied to a specific date, Romanian law does not provide the 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 16 letter l of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. This changes nothing above: our own cancellation rules still stand.

Age

Wine tastings and events serving alcohol are for people over 18. We may ask for ID at the door.

If you are late

Tastings start at the announced time, because the wines are served in order. You are welcome whenever you arrive, but after a long delay we cannot start again from the beginning, and cannot refund.

If something is wrong

Write to us first, at hello@doda5.ro. We answer within two working days and usually sort it out on the spot. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority, anpc.ro, or the European online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Your data

What we keep and why is in our privacy policy. In short: your name, email and phone, so we know who is coming and can tell you if anything changes.

The law

Romanian law applies. If part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still stands.
